What is the role of public philosophy in the public domain? Should she analyse the world around us, and help us define what it is we are doing? Huijer thinks that isn’t enough. Public philosophy should stimulate people to think for themselves. Her lecture tells us what thinking is, what role thinking imagination has, and how public philosophy can stimulate this kind of thinking.
